What is the difference between an ordinary contractor and a Factory Authorized Dealer?
A contractor will sell an occasional unit. However an Ajka Crystal Factory Dealer will be dedicated to promoting Ajka Crystal products and develop a real business. Of course the real benefit will be the comprehensive factory support. |

| Qualification of authorized dealers |
| To qualify as an authorized dealer simply fill out the dealer application form and submit it to us for approval. We will contact you immediately, as soon as your registration is approved by the factory. |
To become an authorized dealer generally the dealer must agree with the following terms:
- The dealer must commit best efforts to promote Ajka Crystal products.
- The dealer must achieve specific sales targets as mutually agreed.
- The dealer must display Ajka Crystal products in a prominent place.
- The dealer must be on good credit standing with Ajka Crystal.
- The Ajka Crystal logo must be affixed in a prominent place. |

| Minimum Requirements |
| If an Ajka Crystal dealer shows no activity (no turnover) for a period of 120 days, his dealer status will lapse. However a former dealer may reapply to the program any time. |
