Can I pay in EUR?

Yes EUR cards are also welcomed. Our system is based on USD prices, therefore the EUR price you see next to USD prices is indicative. After the checkout procedure on the site of Worldpay however you will see the exact EUR value. There may be minor differences between the latest price and our price indicated!


How can CrystALaCarte offer low prices?

Even if you are not aware of it, you may have already encountered Ajka Crystal products, however probably under a different brand name. About 90% of the crystal products coming from Hungary are manufactured by Ajka Crystal Ltd. Even the most well known US and British brands let their crystals produce at Ajka Crystal this means a guarantee of high quality for us. The company is eager to introduce its products on the US markets under its own name. As part of an aggressive marketing strategy we receive and offer these premium products at prices that are close to wholesale prices. We would like to pass this price advantage to our customers.


How can I place an order on the site?

Select one of our Categories from the menu to the left and choose a Sub Category. The products in that Sub Category will appear. Click the button for the product that you wish to buy. If a product is not listed on our website it idoes not mean that we cannot let one produce. So if you are looking for something special please contact us at sales@crystalacarte.com and we try to do our best to get the pieces you need.

Our Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop at CrystALaCarte.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every transaction you make at CrystALaCarte.com will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at CrystALaCarte.com.


How can I pay for these products?

We offer You two options for payment. You may either pay for the products online with the help of our payment processing partner at WorldPay.com. You may also pay offline by sending your personal information and financial data on a fax to us (+1-360-287-0481). We accept MasterCard, Visa and Delta.


How do you use my personal information?

In general we can say that personally identifiable information is not given out to any unaffilited third parties except for the case when you give us your consent. For a more precise answer please click on Privacy Policy on the left side of the homepage.


How about duties and tax?

Our customers pay the duties and taxes wherever they are applicable. We give you however an indicative price for the products that includes shipping and other charges. In case of our customers based in the USA and EU we pay all the taxes and duties if there are any.


Do I need to register everytime I visit CrystALaCarte.com?

After placing your first order, we will email you an account number, making your next visit even more simple. You will then be able to order in the future without having to reenter necessary information.


How soon do I get the products I ordered?

In almost every cases we have the product you order on stock. Orders are processed immediately. Shipping and handling may take from one week to ten days. If an item you order is out of stock we will email you within 1 working day and let you know how long the wait will be.


How much does the shipping cost?

All orders are shipped, fully insured, via UPS. The cost of shipping your order depends on the weight. The more you buy, the less you pay per pound. Therefore, we cannot calculate shipping costs until your shopping cart is complete. You will be asked to enter your location, and your shipping cost will be displayed. You will still be able to modify your cart, should you wish to do so.


May I send the products to a different address than mine?

You may ship to a different address than your billing address. However, the billing address must be the same as the address on your credit card, so our card processor will recognize the cardholder as valid.


Can I track the products to see where they are?

An e-mail will be sent to you with your UPS tracking no. To track your order, go to and enter your tracking number in the space provided.


May I return the proucts if I am not satisfied?

With our 8-Day Return Policy we guarantee your satisfaction. If within 8 days from the time you receive the goods, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide full credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.


What do I have to do if the products I receive are damaged?

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at +36-30-921-4561 or email to customerservice@crystalacarte.com within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost. If the cartons are not visibly damaged and still the products are not in tact, please take a picture of the items and send them by email to customerservice@crystalacarte.com. We will review them and the damaged pieces will be REPLACED FREE OF ANY CHARGES.

How do I care lead crystal products?

Crystal is essentially a high quality form of glass, produced with lead oxide. Lead content maximizes light refraction, brilliance and sharp faceting in crystal. Created from the world's finest 24% full-lead crystal, CrystALaCarte.com's products are made of numerous individual prisms, each meticulously cut and polished by skilled artisans To maintain the beauty of crystal, please clean with a soft dry cloth or Micro-Fiber cloth. If necessary, use a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth and wipe gently. Lead crystal products should be washed by hand with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Washing them in a dishwasher is not recommended; it could crack the crystal. When washing by hand, use a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use steel wool or harsh abrasives, as this could damage the pattern. Crystal products are safe in the microwave, as long as it has no gold or platinum trim.


If the shopper types in his/her card details at home or in the office, surely they are not encrypted until after they arrive at the WorldPay system?

Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay unique encryption systems, this is not actually the case. When the shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the shoppers premises
