|1.||Select one of our categories from the menu to the left (Collection, Select a gift, Chose by price or Find the right crystal) and choose a Sub Category (Wine, Goblet, Liqueur...).|
|2.||The products in that Sub Category will appear. Click the button for the picture of the product that you may find interesting to get a bigger picture and some more detailed information on the product. In case you wish to buy the item please type in the number of pieces you would like to purchase and click on the "Buy". The product will be placed in the shopping cart and you can continue shopping.|
|3.||If you want to change the quantity or remove a product that you have in the shopping cart, then you can change the quantity for that product in the small box. Click on "Recalculate" button. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, then click on "Remove".|
|4.||When you are finished shopping, click on "Checkout".|
|5.||The order form will be shown. Please fill in the missing obligatory fields. If you would like to ship the package to a separate address please fill in all fields. Choose your country and click on "Continue".|
|6.||You may also decide to pay offline by sending us your personal and financial data on a fax.
In case WorldPay is not able to credit your account by the necessary sum then after ten days your order will be automatically cancelled.
As soon as WorldPay has succeeded in crediting your account you will receive an email confirming your payment.|
|7.||You may choose the safe payment server of our payment-processing partner WorldPay -a member of Royal Bank of Scotland Group - where you are kindly asked to type your credit card information. We will not see your credit card number. You will receive an order confirmation with e-mail. Another choice is for sending payments is presented by PayPal.|
|8.||After checking your shipping data we also send you an email confirming your order. In case we find that further information is needed to fulfil your order, then we send you another mail asking for the missing information.
We reserve the right to decline your order in the event of detecting fraudulent behaviour.|
|9.||After sending the email of confirmation your order we start to process your order immediately.
